
Banana muffins bread
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey or any similar syrup sugar low.
- 1 Tsp vanilla.
- 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour or oat flour.
- 1 tsp baking soda
Ingredients
- Mash the three bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the two eggs to the container where the mashed bananas are and mix well.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla to the container and mix well with the other ingredients
- Add the flour and the baking soda and mix carefully. As a result there should be a pasty mixture but not very thick
- In a muffin container you can use a non-stick spray or you can use individual muffin paper. place the mixture in the portions you want in the baking pan
- If you want you can decorate the top of your muffins (Suggestions: strawberries, blue berries, sugar-free chocolate chips or walnuts)
- Bake 350 °C/175 °F for 20 minutes.
