Banana muffins bread

    Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey or any similar syrup sugar low.
  • 1 Tsp vanilla.
  • 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour or oat flour.
  • 1 tsp baking soda

    Preparation

  1. Mash the three bananas with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the two eggs to the container where the mashed bananas are and mix well.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla to the container and mix well with the other ingredients
  4. Add the flour and the baking soda and mix carefully. As a result there should be a pasty mixture but not very thick
  5. In a muffin container you can use a non-stick spray or you can use individual muffin paper. place the mixture in the portions you want in the baking pan
  6. If you want you can decorate the top of your muffins (Suggestions: strawberries, blue berries, sugar-free chocolate chips or walnuts)
  7. Bake 350 °C/175 °F for 20 minutes.
